Hi, I’m Valentina
For years I struggled with symptoms related to hypothyroidism and dysautonomia. I felt exhausted, foggy and discouraged. I tried conventional treatments and even some forms of alternative medicine, yet nothing truly changed the way I felt. Appointment after appointment, I improved temporarily but never experienced lasting progress. Everything shifted when I changed the way I nourished my body. When I focused on real nutrition, quality vitamins and minerals, thoughtful supplementation and support for my nervous system, my wellbeing took a completely different direction.
I met excellent medical doctors throughout my journey, and they did what they were trained to do. They ordered the right tests, offered the appropriate medications and cared for me with professionalism. What I did not receive at that time was guidance about lifestyle, nutrition, sleep or daily habits. I also did not understand how essential those pieces were because no one was discussing them.
My search for deeper answers led me to naturopathy, where I learned the impact that nourishment, herbal support, gentle detox practices and balanced routines can have on the body. When I began applying these principles I noticed meaningful shifts in my energy, my clarity and my overall stability. This experience shaped my belief that nutrition and lifestyle create the foundation for wellbeing, and it is the reason I created Sicoli Wellness to support others in their own journey.
Driven by my experience, I pursued formal studies in nutrition and naturopathy, along with training in Biodecoding and NLP. I have also attended seminars and conventions on chronic conditions to deepen my knowledge and stay current with approaches that support individuals with complex health challenges.
Today I use this background to help others who feel unheard in traditional settings, especially those struggling with fatigue, gut issues and unexplained symptoms, find personalized guidance that supports their overall wellness.
My mission is simple. I want to guide you beyond symptom management and toward lasting vitality so you can feel like yourself again.
